SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement is made and executed at Amarnagar on 12 October 2026 by and between:
Sharma Hardware, through its proprietor Kabir Sharma son of Shri Dev Sharma, aged about 44 years, resident of House No. 7, Basant Vihar, Amarnagar, Tehsil and District Amarnagar, Punjab (hereinafter called the "CLIENT", which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context, include his heirs, legal representatives and assigns) of the FIRST PART.
AND
Priya Bedi daughter of Shri Suresh Bedi, aged about 29 years, resident of Chamber 21, District Courts, Amarnagar, Punjab (hereinafter called the "SERVICE PROVIDER", which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context, include her heirs, legal representatives and assigns) of the SECOND PART.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AND THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS UNDER:
1.That the Service Provider shall do the following work for the Client from 01-11-2026 to 31-10-2027: keeping the books of accounts, filing GST returns and preparing the yearly accounts.
2.That the Client shall pay a fee of ₹8,000 (Rupees Eight Thousand only), every month, within 7 days of the invoice. Taxes, if any, shall be paid as the law requires.

What to bring
Papers to bring
- For each party: identity proof and PAN; for a company, LLP or firm, its registration papers and the board resolution or authority letter of the person who signs
- The scope of work, quotation or estimate, with the dates and the fee agreed
- The service provider's GST registration, if registered, and bank details for payment
- Two witnesses, each with an identity proof
Where to go
Signed by both parties before two witnesses, usually on e-Stamp paper of the value the state fixes for an agreement; it is not usually registered. Notarising it is optional; each party keeps a signed original.
Fee
The e-Stamp duty follows the state's schedule for agreements; ask the e-Stamp centre for today's amount.
Good to know
- Pay against bills: GST applies when the other side is registered for GST, and the income-tax law may need TDS deducted; ask a chartered accountant.
- If the person works fixed hours under your control like staff, labour laws may treat them as an employee whatever this says; then use "Employment agreement".
- Approve each stage of work, and any change in it, in writing.
