These terms apply to Dastavo: Legal Document Maker, its computer version and this website, provided by Workaholic Developers.
Not legal advice
Dastavo helps you prepare documents. It is not a law firm and doesn't give legal advice. Templates are written from the law and standard practice and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer; each template shows whether it has been reviewed. You are responsible for checking every document before it is signed, sworn, filed or registered. Check important documents with a lawyer. Stamp duty, fees and deadlines shown in the app are guidance; confirm them with the office concerned.
Use it lawfully
Do not use Dastavo to make forged, backdated or false documents, imitations of stamps, seals or certificates, or to impersonate an official or another person. We may suspend accounts used this way.
Your documents and clients
What you type is yours. When you save other people's details, you confirm you have their consent and you are responsible for that information under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; Dastavo processes it only to provide the app (see the privacy policy).
Price
Dastavo is free, with no ads. Paid features, if any are added later, will be clearly marked and optional.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Dastavo correct and available but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, Workaholic Developers is not liable for losses arising from a document made with Dastavo, including rejected filings or missed deadlines.
