To,

The Tehsildar,

Tehsil Amarnagar

Subject: Correction of a wrong entry in the Khasra girdawari of Village Kalyanpur, Hadbast No. 112

Sir/Madam,

1.That the applicant is the owner-cultivator (khud kasht) of the land comprised in Khewat No. 77, Khasra No. 45//12 (8-0), Village Kalyanpur, Hadbast No. 112.

2.That in the Khasra girdawari for Kharif 2026 the entry about this land wrongly reads: the land as uncultivated (banjar), with "Jagir Singh" as the cultivator.

3.That the correct position, on the spot and in the other records, is: paddy sown and harvested by the applicant himself (khud kasht). The entry should read accordingly.

4.That the mistake appears to have occurred because the crop inspection was not done on the spot.

5.That the applicant relies on the following documents, copies of which are attached:

(a)J-form for the sale of paddy at the Amarnagar grain market dated 08-10-2026;

(b)photographs of the standing crop taken on 20-09-2026;

6.That the wrong entry affects the applicant's rights in the land and the benefits linked to the record, such as crop loans, crop-loss compensation and subsidies, and may be used against the applicant in future.
