Respectfully Showeth:
1.That under the bail order dated 10-01-2025, passport No. Z0000000 of the applicant was deposited in this Hon'ble Court on 10-01-2025.
2.That the case has since been decided: this Hon'ble Court acquitted the applicant by its judgment dated 15-09-2026, and no appeal against it has been filed so far. The passport is no longer needed for any purpose of the case.
3.That the passport is the applicant's personal document, and the applicant will suffer serious hardship if it is not released.
PRAYER:
It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that passport No. Z0000000 of the applicant may kindly be released to the applicant.
Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit may also be granted in the interest of justice.

- The judgment or final order if the case is over; for travel, the permission order, tickets and visa; for renewal, the passport office appointment
- Aadhaar card or another photo identity proof (photocopy; the original to show)

Filed through the advocate in the court that holds the passport, or in the court where the case is if the police have it.

Court fee and welfare stamps, where needed, are put on as the court office directs; ask the counter for today's amounts.
Good to know
- To go abroad while the case is on, also file "Application for permission to travel abroad".
- If the passport is released only for a time, deposit it again by the date the court fixes.
