Where to go
Filed by your advocate in the court where the suit is pending, by the date the court fixes, and in any case within 15 days after the issues are framed.

No court fee on the list itself; the process fee (talbana) for each summons and the witnesses' expenses are paid as the court fixes.
Good to know
- A witness not named in the list can be called only with the court's leave.
- Bring your own witnesses on the date if you can; summon the rest, especially officials, through the court.
